Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We currently ship across the UK, Europe, and select international destinations.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our UK-based warehouse, ensuring safe handling and verified product authenticity.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we’re unable to make changes — however, you can still return the item once received for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@medicurecosmetics.co.uk. We’ll investigate and issue a full refund if the item cannot be located.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Medicure Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs delays. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at support@medicurecosmetics.co.uk to start a return. We accept unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — replacements or refunds are processed with priority.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received a credit yet, contact your bank or card issuer as processing times can vary.

Are Medicure products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Medicure formulas are dermatologist-tested and created with non-irritating ingredients like Panthenol, Niacinamide, and Ceramides — suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes. Medicure Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand, and most of our products are vegan-friendly. We never test on animals or work with suppliers who do.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

No. All Medicure products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, and alcohol-free, focusing on gentle and effective skincare.

Can I stock Medicure products in my clinic or salon?
